About me
Empowerment....
Being able to help others and empower them to accept themselves for who they are.... is what motivates me. For years I have not been able to accept my body as I wasn't able to lose weight regardless of how hard I worked, how hard I tried. After realizing that food allergies was the reason for this failure, I finally accepted myself that I am a size 12 woman and will forever be. I am healthy and that is all that matters.
Helping others understand this, empowers me....self acceptance is one of the best gifts you can ever give yourself....!
My gift to myself... I can finally say that on a scale of 1-10, I am a 12!
