All project phases

A new design has been uploaded by a designer. Now all members can leave comments for the designer and vote for the design so it can enter the next phase.

All members can:

• - comment on the design
• - connect if they are a photographer, model or make-up artist
• - influence the designer so he can adjust the design to a newer version
• - help a designer to get enough votes for the next phase

Pre-order phase
The design has enough votes and entered the second phase! The designer has the opportunity to send extra information to JUSTPROUD. And JUSTPROUD will be pre-paring the pre-ordering options so members soon can pre-order the design. With enough pre-orders the design will get produced and shipped to all members who pre-ordered. The amount of required pre-orders and the selling price differs per design.

All members can:

• - pre-order the design
• - still add comments (but a designer can’t adjust the design anymore)
• - vote for the models, photographers and make-up artists connected to the design

Photographer-voting
Now the photographer can compete to become the photographer of this design. All photographers receive a “final call” to enter the contest. The winning photographer’s region will be the region where the model and the make-up artist also have to be from.

All members can:

• - still add comments (but a designer can’t adjust the design anymore)
• - vote for a photographer, make-up artist or a model
• - see which photographer won and what his region is

Model-voting
Based on the location of the photographer, we decide the region for the models. Only models from that region can participate. There will be a “final call” for the models and we will soon announce the winning model.

All members can:

• - vote for models until a winner is announced
• - add comments (but a designer can’t adjust the design anymore)
• - see which model wins
• - view the pictures when the shoot has taken place
The winning model, make-up artist and photographer can:

• - arrange the photo shoot to promote the design (when the design is received enough pre-orders)

Make-up artist voting
Based on the location of the photographer, we decide the region for the make-up artist. Only make-up artists from that region can participate. There will be a “final call” for the make-up artists and we will soon announce the winning.

All members can:

• - vote for the make-upartists until a winner is announced
• - add comments (but a designer can’t adjust the design anymore)
• - see which make-up artist wins
• - view the pictures when the shoot has taken place
The winning model, make-up artists and photographer can:

• - arrange the photo shoot to promote the design (when a sample is provided by the designer)

Production
Now we arrive in the production phase. The design has enough pre-orders and will be produced and shipped to all the fashion lovers who ordered it. In case there wasn’t a shoot arranged yet, we will create the sample piece for shoot. Soon the design can be worn by our members!

On sale!
Yes! This is the final phase. Once we have the photos of the design we will put them online. The produced items will be shipped to all fashion lovers who pre-ordered. The rest of the production will be available in the shop for sale.

This design is very popular and now sold out. Luckily, there are a lot of other designs available!

Expired
Unfortunately, sometimes a design does not reach the next phase within the time limit. Dear designers, do not give up try again with a new design!
