Describe your design: Attempted to create a young, flirty outfit with my own personal little edge to it with the details on the bust. I love black but I didn't want it to overwhelm so I used layers and added color. That's all there is to this one. (And kept the jacket simple because I didn't wanna clash with the details that already existed...)
